Yudi Amsoni is a fisherman from Sukamandi Village, East Belitung Regency. He is actively involved as the chairman of Akar Bakau Community and a member of the East Belitung River Basin Forum (FoRDAS), which focuses on environmental conservation. For almost 6 years, the Akar Bakau Community has constructed mangrove trails, reading corner and planted 60,000 mangrove seedlings in various coastal areas of Belitung Island.
