Before his appointment as Commissioner for the Environment, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Rural Development at the CEEAC in July 2020, Dr Honoré Tabuna worked as a biodiversity and environment advisor at the CEEAC General Secretariat since 2009. Dr. Tabuna has more than 27 years of experience in issues related to the economics of natural resources. He holds a PhD in Botanical Economies from the National Museum of Natural History in Paris.
