A diagnosis of population dynamics, including the gender dimension, their livelihoods, their activities, their impacts on natural resources, climate change and its implication on practices, as well as an in-depth institutional analysis of the existing agricultural innovation system;

The establishment of innovation platforms (or other relevant mechanisms) bringing together actors from sectors and territories;

Experimentation, adaptation and popularization of technical, organizational and social innovations based on a participatory approach with particular attention to involving women, young people and vulnerable groups.
