Atty. Allan Barcena is Assistant Vice President and head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at Energy Development Corporation (EDC), the largest pure renewable energy company in the Philippines. EDC maintains Binhi, the company’s flagship environmental program which aims to restore degraded forest lands and conserve biodiversity by saving the endangered premium native trees. It is the largest private sector-led forest restoration program being implemented in partnership with the government and stakeholders.
