This project focuses on the recruitment, training, management, and monitoring of seven field facilitators as part of the implementation of the Adaptation Project Based on Ecosystems (PABE).

The Ecosystem-Based Adaptation Project in Benin (PABE) is aimed at improving the Resilience of Rural Communities in North and Centre Benin by implementing Ecosystem-Based Adaptation Measures in Forest and Agricultural Landscapes, also referred to as the “Ecosystem-Based Adaptation Project – (EbA)' ICRAF is responsible for availing the facilitators, developing their specifications and reporting framework, conducting training and capacity building, and managing the technical aspects of the facilitators.
