Description
The expected outcome of this project is sustainable livelihoods and landscapes achieved in the forested landscapes of South Sumatra through the strengthened capacity of smallholders in developing and implementing agroforestry-based business models that increase the productivity and profitability of their farming systems under public-private-people partnership. The mandatory partnership development in DMPA villages of Sumatera Selatan should be implemented successfully beyond charity or CSR-like schemes. Piloting models for partnership, followed by sharing lessons learned and guideline development, will allow replicability and, therefore, wider implementation and broader impacts.
