Descriptions

The purpose of the Agreement is to facilitate the organization of a Workshop on the Great Green Wall (GGW) Capacity Building for the “GGW Observatory” Platform in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. ICRAF, in coordination with the Global Mechanism of the UNCCD, will be responsible to for performing the following activities:
i) Provide conference services (including French-English Translation)
ii) Timely Track invitation letters to participants
iii) Booking accommodation for all participations and paying for sponsored participants
iv) Issuance of tickets and visa support letters where necessary
v) Issuance of DSA to participants (ICRAF Rate applies)
vi) Post meeting - logistical activities e.g., provide all receipts.
vii) Prepare a financial report of the workshop.
viii) Prepare a detailed narrative report for the workshop.
