Reducing greenhouse-gas emissions from all land uses in Viet Nam

Reducing emission from all land uses or REALU is a project in Viet Nam that has been researching ways to cut greenhouse gases from agriculture and other land uses. The video tells the story of a part of the project at Ba Be Lake in northwestern Viet Nam, where upstream farmers are paid by boat operators on the lake to change their farming methods so the lake doesn't fill with silt from erosion.
