Tara Bandu: Voices from the land

Tarabandu is a customary regulation commonly established by the Timorese community at the village level to address social and environmental issues for a better society and environment, including sustainable forest use and management. The video highlights the process of Tarabandu in Maudemo village, Covalima municipality, Timor-Leste, aimed at establishing customary regulations to prevent forest degradation and promote the sustainable use of environmental resources.
