Criteria and indicators for defining and measuring peatland restoration

This presentation underlined the importance of criteria and indicators to define, assess, monitor, and communicate peatland restoration. Speaker also highlighted 9 ways in determining the suitability of criteria and indicators based on a study conducted by Prabhu et. al. 1999. During the session, the speaker also shared the difference between generic and localized criteria and indicators. At the end of the presentation, the speaker explained how to conductassessment and monitoring after the criteria and indicators are set. Presented by Herry Purnomo, a CIFOR scientist.
