Tantangan dalam pengelolaan ekosistem mangrove di Indonesia

This session discusses what are the opportunities and challenges in mangrove management, especially from the policy aspects. One of the highlights of this session is the urgency of mangrove economic valuation along the line of one-map policy. This session also discusses the issue faced by the government at the national and sub national levels to perform good mangrove management practices. The need to involve scientists and NGO in supporting the government to implement the mangrove management strategy is also suggested.
