Located in the heart of the Congo Basin, the Yangambi Engagement Landscape serves as a model for integrated approaches to sustainable forestry, agroforestry and biodiversity conservation. Led by the Center for International Forestry Research and World Agroforestry (CIFOR-ICRAF) and partners, this landscape initiative aims to foster local development while preserving the rich natural heritage of the region.
