The REDD+ program was adopted in Indonesia to help the Indonesian government with forest management and forest governance. In the process of implementation of REDD+, there need to be new policies in place or adjustments of already existing policies. Policymaking processes in Indonesia do involve not only the government but also organizations outside of the government. This report investigates the network within the Indonesia’s REDD+ policy domain and the perception of who is influential between the actors in the domain. There are 55 organizations, both government and outside of government, that have been identified by an expert panel to be active actors within the REDD+ policy domain.
