Melalui penelitian komparatif yang mencakup 13 studi kasus di empat negara, peneliti di Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) akan mengkaji keadilan dan efektivitas proses serta hasil dari forum multipihak seputar penggunaan dan perubahan tata guna lahan. Proyek ini khususnya akan melibatkan forum-forum yang mempertemukan pemerintah dengan pemangku kepentingan lokal dan pihak swasta dalam yurisdiksi daerah.
