Through the ‘Low Carbon Agriculture’ (LCA) program, funded by the Children’s Investment Fund (CIFF) and implemented by various implementing partners, CIFORICRAF engaged to producing farming system-based evidence that highlight the environmental and socio-economic benefits of the LCA practices. The project aimed to pilot and scale up LCA practices among 18,000 farmers spread across three agroecological zones in the India states of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
