ICRAF 1998-99: paths to prosperity

Agroforestry is one key path to prosperity for poor people suffering from hunger, malnutrition, abject poverty and the deterioration of the environment. The innovations produced, evaluated and applied in this still relatively new field of research are all aimed at making a positive impact on the lives of all agricultural poor and improving the global environment. As a global leader in agroforestry research, ICRAF, along with its many partners, today is reaching hundreds of poor people. This document describes how the Centre plans to achieve its ambitious vision for 2010.
