Use of woody and non-woody products for the preparation of foods in Konodimini in Segou region

This thesis presents a study conducted in Konodimini village of Segon in Mali to evaluate the use of certain woody and non-woody food products in this region. Products from trees such as Adansonia digitata, Parkia biglobosa, Vetillaria paradoxa and Tamarindus indica, were evaluated following household surveys as well as market surveys.
