Strengthening training and education in Agroforestry: an ICRAF/DSO multi-year project 1997-2001

This book describes a training project to be implement by ICRAF for the period 1997-2001. The project aims at strengthening agroforestry training and education institution and programmers in developing countries within the tropics. The direct target group of the project will be the teaching staff of natural training and education institution in developing countries with a special focus on women as resource persons and trainees. The project also indirectly targets farmers, male and female alike. The project aims at transferring responsibilities of training and education at the introductory level from ICRAF to national and regional institutions in these countries
