Lancé en 1999, le Programme Agriculture et Produits Forestiers implique plus de 10 000agriculteurs et 50 entrepreneurs dans 485 communautés. Ayant mis en place plus de 40pépinières dans lesquelles les techniques de reproduction arboricole sont étudiées et vulgariséesparmi les agriculteurs, le programme vise à améliorer leurs revenus, l’environnement et lesopportunités entrepreneuriales.
