The World Agroforestry Centre Southeast Asia has developed cost-effective and appropriate tools that are available across the region to help analyse trade-offs and assist with negotiations about the management of natural resources. The Trees in Multi-use Landscapes in Southeast Asia (TUL-SEA) project developed a number of natural resources management tools over three years in China, Indonesia, Laos, Philippines, Thailand and Viet Nam.The ‘negotiation support toolbox' includes Rapid Oxygen Supply Appraisal.
