The success of clima te-chang e mitig ation actions is t o be measur ed by the r educed emissions. The fulfilmen t of the c ommitmen t made by the Indonesian Pr esiden t of 26% r eduction unila terally plus an additional 15% thr ough in terna tional support by 2020 c an only be judg ed fr om the amoun t of emissions r educed by 2020 and the achie vemen t of 7% ec onomic gr owth. 2.
