Indigenous agroforestry in Southern Luwero District, Uganda, and their potential in agricultural development

The thesis is based on field work carried out in the Luwero District of Uganda, while the author was attached to the Forestry Department of Makerere University. It develops a methodology in which techniques from both the social and natural sciences are applied in an attempt to utilize indigenous knowledge as much as possible in agricultural development.
