ICRAF Southeast Asia: implementing the vision

ICRAF established a regional research program in Southeast Asia in April, 1992, through a memorandum of agreement with the Indonesian Ministry of Forestry. A regional research and Development Centre in Bogor on Novemebr 1. During the subsequent months, wide-ranging consultations were held with colleagues from national and International partner and client institutions throughout Asia.
