AB The Trees for Food Security Project (T4FS) is an Australian Centre for International Agricultural research (ACIAR) funded project aimed at enhancing food security for resource-poor rural people in Eastern Africa. T4FS’ research goal underpins national programmes to scale up the use of trees within farming systems in Ethiopia and Rwanda and then out-scale successes to relevant contexts in Uganda and Burundi.
