Development of novel field and genomics resources for diversifying food systems

The African Orphan Crops Consortium (AOCC*) and World Agroforestry (CIFOR-ICRAF) are developing modern genomic and field resources for ~50 neglected trees of African importance to help in domestication, improvement and breeding. This public-private partnership involves a group of 28 core partners and an extended network of more than 25 collaborators.
