CIFOR–ICRAF publishes over 750 publications every year on agroforestry, forests and climate change, landscape restoration, rights, forest policy and much more – in multiple languages.

CIFOR–ICRAF addresses local challenges and opportunities while providing solutions to global problems for forests, landscapes, people and the planet.

We deliver actionable evidence and solutions to transform how land is used and how food is produced: conserving and restoring ecosystems, responding to the global climate, malnutrition, biodiversity and desertification crises. In short, improving people’s lives.

Guide to eating healthy throughout the year: Participants' workbook

The participants’ workbook contains all the key nutrition topics just like the training manual; however, it is designed with key messages and interactive activities meant to engage the participants. In addition, the workbook provides writing spaces for the participants to note down astounding points as the training is taking place. The workbook also contains thought provoking discussions from the “think about it…” sections. It is also a document that participants take home and can revise and remind themselves of some key lessons they may have learned from the training.
