Wildmeat in Guyana's coast

Guyana provides an incredible diversity of landscapes and wildlife, which can charm anyone's Beyond the diversity of landscapes is also the diversity of typical dishes. Wildmeat is one of the traditional culinary delicatessen, mainly prepared with curry or cassareep. CIFOR's team visited Guyana to describe wildmeat consumption and trade in urban settlements of the coast.
