Bushmeat

By late morning, just a few pieces of meat, including deer and boruga (Agouti paca), remain on a table at the market in a Brazilian town, in the Amazon where the borders of Brazil, Colombia and Peru converge. Researchers from the Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) are studying the market chain from the hunters in the tropical forest to markets and restaurants in this area.
