Mr. Anacleto Villarante, Jr.

Anacleto L. Villarante, Jr, or “Toti” among his friends and colleagues, currently serves as the Executive Director of the San Carlos Development Board, Inc. (SCDB). Prior to that, he was highly active in the political scene of San Carlos City, having served as the City Administrator for several years. Toti graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering, but after gaining some work experience in Manila, he decided to come back to his hometown and since then has been working on many environmental and agricultural projects, both professionally and personally.

As the Executive Director of SCDB, Toti actively participated in the formulation of the Master Development Plan of San Carlos City, the environment sector being one of the major issues.  One significant positive result was the Galing Pook Award of San Carlos for its innovative approach in financing forest rehabilitation.

Currently, he fills his days enjoying the literal fruits of his labor and, together with his wife June, travelling and visiting their five children and five adorable grandchildren.
