DLDD (Desertification, Land Degradation and Drought) are closely interrelated with Climate Change. DLDD is the consequence of Climate Change. Globally, more than 110 countries are threatened by CC and DLDD. The world needs solutions to tackle these issues of CC and DLDD. This side event focusses on concrete measures to mitigate DLCC and adapt to CC.
