For. Martinez obtained 10 years of experience as technical personnel, program coordinator, and eventually as the head of the Natural Resources Management Division (NRMD) of Haribon Foundation. The current position requires ensuring successful implementation of natural resource-related projects in different sites. This includes the implementation of Rainforestation Technology in all forest restoration projects of Haribon, including the Forests for Life Movement (FFL), formerly known as ROAD to 2020 and Forest of Hope Program.
Prior to being employed with Haribon, has 8 years of experience as Farm Supervisor in two landscaping firms and 3 years as Project Leader in Makiling-Banahaw Watershed Area Team Unit, Watershed Management Department of the National Power Corporation.
