Up to August 2017, Nescafe Plan Vietnam had trained 30,603 farmers, achieving its target of 30,000 farmers trained. Key performance indicators were on track, including an 80% adoption rate for farmers trained and an 80% adoption rate for improved farming practices. The program had distributed 4.9 million plantlets, exceeding its target of 4 million plantlets. No recordable injuries had been reported. Since 2011, the program had trained over 175,000 farmers, distributed over 20 million plantlets, and seen over 21,000 farmer households verified under the 4C sustainability standard.
